Raccoon

Yes it's that time of year again.
Hearing noises in the attic? Perhaps you hear scratching at the side of your home.
You are not alone! Raccoon den up in chimneys and in attics to give birth to their young. Usually 4-5 babies per litter. Raccoon have the ability to climb very well. Chew holes in your roof. Reeking havoc inside your attic. Wires, structure, and roof shingles are all easy targets for Raccoon. Not to mention the feces and urine smell contaminating the insulation, thus exposing you and your home to damage and disease. Stains on the ceiling, even busting through the ceiling.
Rain gutters and downspouts being pulled off. Soffits are another entry point. Did I mention that gaping hole in your roof? All are just more repair bills that you incur.
Protect yourself and your investment from these nuisance animals.
Do not attempt this alone. Call a professional. New laws have been passed last year as to what, who, and how,can trap and dispose of nuisance wild animals.
A Commercial Nuisance Wild Animal Control Operator is licensed to do just that. Having been properly trained and tested. We posses the necessary license from the Ohio Department of Natural Resources.
